By accessing or using the Basketball Predicts website and mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Basketball Predicts provides basketball game scores, standings, statistics, and AI-generated predictions and analysis for the NBA, EuroLeague, and other top basketball leagues. The Service is available through our website and mobile applications on iOS and Android.

Entertainment Purpose

All content provided through the Service, including AI predictions, game analysis, statistics, and commentary, is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes. The Service should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial or other consequential decisions.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any content. Specifically:

• Game scores and statistics are sourced from third-party data providers and may contain errors or delays
• AI predictions are generated by machine learning models and are inherently probabilistic — they do not guarantee outcomes
• Standings and team statistics may experience temporary discrepancies during data updates

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any prediction or analysis will be accurate.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of Rianon s.r.o. or its licensors. Team logos, league logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

Subscriptions

Mobile App Subscriptions

Premium features purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed and managed by Apple and Google respectively. By subscribing through an app store, you also agree to that store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel through your app store account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rianon s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on any information obtained through the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For active subscribers, material changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except that consumers resident in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence as provided by EU law.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the Czech Republic, the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
